I can’t find the music I’m looking for. Can you help?
Yes. Not all products that are in stock are listed on our website, so please call or email us if you can’t find the music you’re looking for.
Do you accept orders for books that are “out of stock”?
We have accounts with numerous suppliers, and in most cases we can place a special order for you.
When a product is listed as “in stock”, how many copies can I buy?
When a product is listed as in stock, we have one or more available. However, if you would like to order multiple copies, we may contact you with an ETA after your order is placed.
Is customer parking available?
Metered parking is available in Railway Street, and there is free parking in nearby streets. Full details are on our Parking Map. By foot, Westfield car park is about 10 minutes away.
Can I order online and then collect from your store?
Yes – simply select “pickup from store” when at the shipping section of the checkout.
Are you accessible by wheelchair?
Yes – to avoid stairs, approach from the corner of Railway Street and the Pacific Highway where there is level access.
Do you ship to overseas addresses?
We ship to a limited number of countries. Please email us with details of what you would like to order (and include your city and country), and we’ll provide a quote where applicable.
