Please choose your order carefully and check your order confirmation email. Our refund policies are in-line with the Australian Consumer Law and, once your order has been dispatched, we do not exchange or accept returns of sheet music if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product. How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped using AusPost eParcel Regular Post or AusPost eParcel Express Post (or TNT Express for larger items). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. To ensure your items are delivered safely, we require signature on delivery.
What if I am not home for delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card and the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection. For orders shipped with TNT, a calling card will be left requesting a call back to organise redelivery.
If you would like your parcel left without a signature, a ‘Safe Drop’ can be requested with Australia Post. Log into your MyPOST account here to request a Safe Drop up to an hour before delivery. Adlib Music cannot request a Safe Drop on your behalf and will not include any notes on the parcel requesting the order to be left without a signature. If you request to have your package left without signature, Adlib Music will not be held responsible for packages that are then lost or stolen.
How quickly will you ship my order?
For items in stock, dispatch will be within 1-2 business days. Express Post orders (where items are in stock) must be placed before Midday to be sent same day.
If you have ordered items that are out of stock, your full order will be dispatched once all items are in stock and available to send. If you would like the in-stock items to be sent separately, an additional fee will be charged for the second shipment.
We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know the ETA for stock and to determine how you would like your order sent. If your order is urgent we recommend contacting us before placing your order so that we can give you an ETA.

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of the reason for the delay. All products are insured against damage caused while in transit from Adlib Music to the customer only. They are not insured if they are simply lost or stolen. This includes packages that have been left at a property on request.
