What if my order has items that are in and out of stock?
If you have ordered items that are out of stock, your full order will be dispatched once all items are in stock and available to send. If you would like the in-stock items to be sent separately, an additional fee will be charged for the second shipment.
How will my order be shipped
Orders will be shipped using standard post, AusPost eParcel Regular Post or AusPost eParcel Express Post (or TNT Express for larger items). For applicable orders, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. To ensure your items are delivered safely, we require signature on delivery .
All items are carefully packed to prevent any damage in transit. We use a combination of environmentally friendly cardboard twist mailers, cardboard boxes. tough cardboard envelopes and paper based protective wrapping to sure all items arrive safely.
What if I am not home for delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card and the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection. For orders shipped with TNT, a calling card will be left requesting a call back to organise redelivery.
If you would like your parcel left without a signature, a ‘Safe Drop’ can be requested with Australia Post. This can be done from the email or SMS sent to you by AusPost when the order is despatched. Adlib Music cannot request a Safe Drop on your behalf and will not include any notes on the parcel requesting the order to be left without a signature. If you request to have your package left without signature using ‘Safe Drop’, Adlib Music will not be held responsible for packages that are then lost or stolen.
How quickly will you ship my order?
For items in stock, dispatch will be within 1-2 business days. We will endeavour to send any orders placed before 10:00am on the same day, but cannot guarantee this will occur.
If you have ordered items that are out of stock, your full order will be dispatched once all items are in stock and available to send. If you wish to receive your out of stock items as soon as possible, an additional fee will be charged for the second shipment. We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know the ETA for stock and to determine how you would like your order sent. If your order is urgent we recommend contacting us before placing your order so that we can give you an ETA.
Estimated delivery times (Business days)
Shipping times are estimates based on Australia Post guidelines. Adlib Music is not responsible for any delays in delivery as a result of Australia Post.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of the reason for the delay. If you need your item(s) urgently we recommend contacting us before making an order to check whether the items are readily available.You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing. All products are insured against damage caused while in transit from Adlib Music to the customer only. They are not insured if they are simply lost or stolen. This includes packages that have been left at a property on request.
Store Pick Up
Pick Up is available from our store at 314 High St Chatswood NSW 2067 during business hours. Once your order is ready to collect, we will notify you via SMS.
To avoid disappointment, p lease do not come to our store to collect until you have received confirmation that your order is available ready and available. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting your order.
Contactless Click & Collect Lockers
Wanting to collect your order but can’t make it during business hours? Or simply want to collect your order without having to come in to the store?
Our Contactless Click & Collect Lockers allow you to collect your order 24/7! It’s as easy as:
1. Place your order online or over the phone during business hours
2. Receive a text message with your access code once your order has been placed in the locker
3. Collect your order at your convenience within 3 days!
The text message also contains a QR code which can be scanned for a completely contactless collection!
The lockers are located undercover in the car park at the rear of the building. Head down the driveway on the right-hand side of the building to enter the car park.
Please note: heat-sensitive items such as instruments or rosin cannot be placed in the lockers. Orders will remain in the lockers for 3 days, after which they will be available for pick up in-store. If placing your order online, please select 'Contactless Click & Collect Lockers’ as your shipping method at checkout. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be put into the lockers the following Monday morning.
