The Blankenheim/Rosar Bach edition is an interpretive edition, edited by performer-scholars of J. S. Bach's music with students and teachers in mind. This 2021 edition is based on decades of experience in performance and pedagogy and takes into account the latest musicological research. The text is presented with detailed markings indicating structure, phrasing, articulations, fingering, as well as further performance suggestions (e.g., for ornamentation).
