Description
In this musical, George Washington falls asleep just after his election as first President of the U.S.A. In a dream he is visited by children ofthe future who show him future scenes. Some of the clever scenes includ e the pioneers, the Civil War, immigration, and finally, a hilarious scene depicting a Washington's Birthday Sale. Some of the six unison/2-partsongs include “A Beautiful Land,” and the lively and patrio tic “Give Thanks, America.” Performance Time: Approx. 35 minutes.
