Description
In this version for 2-part chorus, M. J. Arnold has expertly adapted Gilbert and Sullivan's classic work to a length and level of musical accessibility happily within the capability of upper elementary and middle schools. The work may be performed by unison chorus or by 2-part chorus. Cast of characters include Captain Corcoran, Buttercup, Sir Joseph Porter,Josephine, Ralph Rackstraw, Dick Deadeye, Cousin Hebe, Boatswain's Mate , ladies and gentlemen of the chorus, (sisters, cousins, aunts and assorted sailors aboard H.
