A build up of rosin and/or dirt on your stringed instrument can be very harmful to its delicate varnished surface and can also affect the sound.
The Hills Polish can be used as a cleaning solution for VERY LIGHT ACCUMULATION of dirt or grime whilst leaving a shiny surface on the instrument.
This particular cleaner isn’t suitable for removing a lot of rosin, it’s more like a conditioner for your violin. To use the Hills solution, simply apply a small amount to a dry cloth and gently rub in circles to mildly clean and polish.
