Cello Power Book 2: Cello Warm-ups in Thumb Position includes exercise warm-ups by Libby Freidman and related repertoire materials by Breval, Locatelli, Goltermann, and etude excerpts by Popper, Grutzmacher, and Piatti. Exercises in this book include thumb position scales, thumb position arpeggios, long shifts in thirds, octaves, and sixths, and diminished chord patterns.
