This new cello school lays the foundations for a solid technical and musical education. It is simply designed to address older children, adolescents and adults. But she also explores new ways, on the one hand with regard to the selection of the literature, because besides baroque and classical pieces, for the first time, many pieces are also offered in popular stylistics, composed by the cellist Gabriel Koeppen from Flensburg for the respective musical and technical theme. Fresh wind in the cellist education! On the other hand, the creativity of the pupils is encouraged from the outset, through simple improvisational exercises, memorization, transposition, suggestions for varying or continuing melodies. The enclosed CD offers a rhythmic, motivating playback to many songs.
