There was a man of Newington is a light and jaunty work for upper voices. Commissioned by the London Youth Choir, it was first performed by the choir on 22 November 2013 - the centenary of Brittens birth. Exhibiting LEstranges gift for writing accessible and hugely appealing music with a unique twist, this piece is a great option for school and youth choirs.
