Unexplainable weather systems have caused the staff of the weather channel to go into a tailspin. When an unknown weather system named “ElMeaño” comes forth to announce that he is the source of al l of their problems. El Meaño explains that our failure to take good care of the earth has “precipitated” his appearance.
